Topo authors: Add a way to trigger upload of changes and show upload status

I have uploaded new pictures and topo pictures to a crag via the iOS app, but the new pictures are not available in the browser version in a few minutes, even though I have internet connection. It seems there’s no way I can trigger / force a sync, or see the upload status of changes I’ve made to the crag.

1. Would you please add a button to trigger uploading changes to server, and
2. Would you please add an icon that shows if you have updates that are pending sync, and
3. Would you please add an icon that shows if sync is successful?
