Problem with adding spot to topo

I am trying to create a new topo and spot. I can create the topo and name it, but when I try to add a spot within the topo, the app gets stuck and doesn’t allow me to save and continue. I’ll add a photo of the screen where I get stuck. I tried deleting the topo and recreating it maybe 6 times. Doesn’t work. What to do?
