Less expandable sections

If an expanded section is like 2-3 lines longer compared to the closed version, just show the whole content straight away without forcing the user to do an unnecessary extra click.

It’s bad UX. Scrolling a bit more is always easier and faster.

For example “Access information missing” box expands to just 2 sentences of text that doesn’t provide any more value…
