Filter button not working properly

The filter button is inconsistent and laggy in its responsiveness. It sometimes works fine, sometimes fails completely, and occasionally responds sporadically. When it does work, it often feels slow.

Scrolling or changing pages seems to trigger the issue occasionally, but this method does not consistently reproduce the failure.

Expected Behavior:

The filter button should respond instantly and consistently every time it is clicked.

Additional Information: The issue feels random and difficult to reproduce consistently. However, sporadic failures and sluggish behavior are persistent enough to hinder usability.
