Cannot draw new lines near the edges of topo images

Description:
When trying to draw new route lines on a topo image, input is not registered near the left and right edges of the image. Approximately 20% on each side is unresponsive, while drawing works as expected in the central part of the image.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any topo image in edit mode.

2. Try to add a new route line near the left or right edge of the image.

3. Observe that the input is ignored in those areas.

Expected result:
It should be possible to draw route lines across the entire width of the image, including the outer edges.

Actual result:
Taps and drawing gestures are ignored near both edges of the image, roughly the outer 20% on each side.
