Add QF Information for topo authors

Currently you can only see the total Quality Factor from the app/website. I would love to see exactly what I need to update/upgrade to get that QF up. For example something like:

• 20/20 - Crag Description

• 20/20 - Access info, Approach and GPS trails

• 15/20 - Quality of the topo images

• 10/10 - Route Descriptions

• 10/10 - Route Properties

• 7/10 - Route info: FA and date

• 5/10 - Additional images
  

Or, in this case just:

Your crags QF is 0.87. Update these metrics to make your topo better!

• 15/20 - Quality of the topo images

• 7/10 - Route info: FA and date

• 5/10 - Additional images

Currently, if I want to know what I need to update, I need to bother 27 Crags personnel. I bet it would be more efficient, if I just needed to check a page to know what I needed to do.
